Following on from the Government announcement, we have had confirmation that the property market is to remain open during this difficult time. The safety of our team and clients is our number one priority, so with all appointments we will be continuing to request the following:
- All members of the public entering a property or the office are required to wear a face covering and to sanitise before entering the premises
- All viewings are to be arranged via appointment with proceedable buyers only
- No more than two people are to attend a viewing at any one time
- Adhere to social distancing
